This historic site in the centre of Gent is located at the confluence of the River Lieve and the River Leie. The four unique rooms have a total shared capacity of 1,400 people.
Fish was sold in this historic building from the late Middle Ages until the 1960s. In our largest room, De Markt, in detail, as we are accustomed to from France’s marchés couverts. The other three rooms were used for auctioning.
In addition to the four rooms, guests can also enjoy the ponton, terrace, and courtyard.
